Law of attraction techniques for everything you desire

In many places, people refer to attracting positive things in life with the Law of Attraction. This refers to using whatever means possible to maximize your focus on what you want, and minimizing your focus on what you do not want or need. While its origins are in religious beliefs and spiritual practices, this law has found its way into everyday life for most people who practice any kind of meaningful spirituality.
What we spend a lot of our energy focusing on, we get more of. Much like how the Law of Gravity works without any effort from us at all. If you want to attract something into your life, it is much easier to focus on what you do want instead of what you do not want.

The Law of Attraction is focused on the qualities in your life that make you feel good: abundance, love, joy, faith and so forth.

To help you master the law of attraction, I suggest these techniques:

  • 1. Recognize what you desire and focus on it.
  • 2. Release other desires in your life that are not aligned with your desire.
  • 3. Visualize what you want in as much detail as possible, and enjoy the experience of achieving it!
  • 4. Feel the emotion of being fulfilled by all of your desires, which will draw love, trust and prosperity in to your life.
  • 5. If you see the same thing over and over, recognize it as a distraction, or something you are not yet allowing into your life. Throw out any thoughts that do not support your desires, if you find yourself thinking about something else, then recognize that this is a distraction and refocus your attention to what you are working toward.
  • 6. If what you want is not coming to you, give it more energy and focus by deciding that this is your will and desire; not just a nice idea.
  • 7. Focus on what you do have in your life that makes you feel good and secure now – this will bring more good things in to your life.
  • 8. Keep your attention on what you want, not on what you do not want.
  • 9. Accept the reality of whatever situation is currently taking place in your life. Do not resist it. Just allow it to be as it is without any judgment of it being good or bad. If you can do this, then all things are possible for you.
  • 10. Approach your opportunities with a feeling of gratitude and thanksgiving, and appreciate them as they come to you!
  • 11. When you feel gratitude, it is impossible to feel fear – they are opposites. Gratitude will attract more of what you want into your life, while fear will attract more of what you do not want into your life.

If you are not sure about how to apply these techniques, then it is a good idea to take a course or buy a meditation CD that will help you to focus on what you want.

Both the Law of Attraction and the Law of Karma are often referred to as the law of attraction. The basic principle behind both laws is that like attracts like. For example, if you are angry and jealous, you may find that they manifest in your life as unhappy events and unpleasant emotions, which ultimately have an effect on your life. Similarly, thoughts tend to attract corresponding thoughts whether we realize it or not.

The Law of attraction is sited in the belief that essence is attracted to essence. The Law of Karma is the Hindu belief that it is your deeds, thoughts, speech and actions that attract their corresponding consequences into your life.

The one fundamental difference between these two major principles are their differences of perspective. The Law of Attraction is all about using positive energy and “thought energy” to manifest good things into your life. The Law of Karma is more about using good deeds and positive actions to balance out your bad deeds and bad actions in life.

The main idea behind them both is that like attracts like. If you are surrounded by negative people, then you may begin feeling negative as well. If you surround yourself with positive people, then you will begin feeling positive as well. The premise behind the law of attraction is to be the change that you want to see in the world; to attract good things into your life.
